Mr. S.P.Das, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the informant and filed the Vakalatnama, the same is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 4.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jatni P.S. Case No. 119 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 200 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Jatni for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/307/313/294/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and considering that there is a matrimonial dispute and that the petitioners are in-laws, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be

released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
