This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.168 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.370 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-294/323/325/392/354-B/506/427/511/34 of the IPC read with section-25 & 27 of the Arms Act, pending on the file of learned SDJM, Jagatsinghpur, has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and moves for his

// 2 // release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
