The instant intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 29th March, 2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 35736 of 2021, whereby the writ petition filed by them in respect of the claim of the Petitioners that their lands are being encroached upon or utilized for renovation of Dhanua Drainage System and thus be awarded compensation, was dismissed based upon detailed reasons.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Appellants prays for permission to withdraw the present writ appeal. 4.

In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
