(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

During course of hearing, Petitioner without informing the counsel appearing for the Petitioner appears in Court and files a memo for withdrawal of the matter with liberty to file better petition, which is taken on record.

Although this Court is not approved the behavior of the Petitioner, however considering the fact that it is the discretion of the Petitioner whether continue the litigation or not, this Court disposes of the writ petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in view of the memo filed.
