3.This CONTC filed by the petitioner against the Opposite Parties for non-compliance of the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 38733 of 2021. 4.Learned counsel for the State submits that the compliance letter dated 06.08.2022 issued by the Office of the District Education Officer, Kendrapara. Wherein the Writ Petition for Inter District transfer has been rejected.

5. In such view of the matter the CONTC is disposed of as dropped.
