The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bentkar (42 Mouza) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 891 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC(R), Cuttack for commission of offence under Sections 498A/294/323/379/354/427/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over

the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
