This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the District Sub-Registrar, Nayagarh-Opposite Party No.3 to cancel the Registered Sale Deed No.3207 dated 2nd August, 2000. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner has a remedy to assail the act of SubRegistrar, Nayagarh before the Registrar under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act, 1908. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner.
