It is unfortunate to note that the injunction petition filed in January, 2021 is kept pending for long since, even after completion of appearance therein. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.)-cum-J.M.F.C, Tirtol to dispose of the I.A. No.4 of 2021 at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 2.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
