The matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Jaipatna P.S. Case No.129 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.42 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh for commission of offence under Section -498-A/304-B/302/201/34 of the IPC read with Section- 4 of the D.P. Act, in filling this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record including the depositions of the witnesses so far examined in the trial which has crossed midway as also viewing other surrounding circumstances; at
// 2 // this stage, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner.
It is, however, observed that the Trial Court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for early conclusion of the trial, preferably within a period of six months from today.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
