1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.528 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2191 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called. Defect pointed out by the SR is also not removed.
