Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Joda P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 220 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC.,Barbil for commission of offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 341/ 323/ 294/353/186/153-A/295-A/120-B/506/149 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law (2nd Amendment) Act.1983 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail, so far as Petitioner No.1Pritish Maharana, is concerned. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application in respect Petitioner No.1- Pritish Maharana is disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as Petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 are concerned, taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 20.05.2022 in ABLAPL Nos. 4524 and 4526 of 2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner Nos.2 to 4 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
