2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the opposite parties by granting the Grade Pay as per ORSP Rule 2008 and Finance Department Circular 2013 and as well as the increment the pension of the petitioner may be revised and all the consequential and service benefits along with arrears may be disbursed within a stipulated time.
(ii) To direct the opposite parties to dispose of the representation within a stipulated time".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 27.01.2022 at Annexure-5-Series to the Writ Petition, before the Collector, Khurda, (opposite party No.4) but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to
// 2 // opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
