By way of memo dated 13.2.2017, it has been brought to the Order No.

notice of this Court that the sole petitioner involved herein has died since 20.02.2006. Mr.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no such instruction. For a reporting of death of the petitioner brought by way of memo, this Court finds the writ petition is no more sustainable. Consequently, the writ petition stands dropped but however with the observation that in the event the L.Rs. of the petitioner are having any cause of action to continue the writ petition, may take attempt to open the writ petition again.
