This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Balasore Sadar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 318 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC(R ), Balasore for commission of offence under Sections 363/294/506/323/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations as reflected in the F.I.R., this Court is not inclined to consider the anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5, the same accordingly stands rejected.

So far as Petitioner No. 3-Arati Majhi and Petitioner No.6-Parbati@ Pranati Khatua are concerned, taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, they
shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
