This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Baramba P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 64 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Baramba for commission of offence under Sections 363/294/506/323/34 of the I.P.C. and 25/27 of the Arms Act. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations., this Court is not inclined to consider the anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioner No.1, the same is accordingly dismissed. 5.

So far as Petitioner No. 2 is concerned, taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, Petitioner No.2 shall be released on bail by the learned court in

seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
