Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dharakote P.S. Case No. 211 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1457 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Aska, for commission of offence under Sections 465/468/471 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations being primarily based on documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the

matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
