Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Konark P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 79 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Konark for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/354/307/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the allegation and counter allegation and on a conspectus of materials on record, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
