Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with 1 C.C. Case No. 4951 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar, for commission of offence under Sections 379/381 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed

just and proper. It is needless to state that petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
