Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 166 of 2022, arising out of Gondia P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Gondia for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections498(A)/302/304-B/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under Section438 Cr.P.C, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
