Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He Order No.
submits, his client's father died by fire accident. His client made representation dated 15th March, 2022 to the Collector, Nayagarh (opposite party no.3). He submits, there be direction upon said opposite party to consider and deal with the representation.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, upon direction made the representation will be duly considered.
