Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He Order No.

submits, his client's father died by drowning. His client made representation dated 22nd November, 2021 to the Tahasildar, Harabhanga (opposite party no.4). He submits, there be direction upon said opposite party to consider and deal with the representation.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, upon direction made the representation will be duly considered.
