This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials placed on record; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances including the certificate of marriage as annexed to the application; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Kishannagar P.S. Case No.113 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1567 of 2018 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. However, it is made clear that in case the marriage certificate as stated above is not found to be genuine, the prosecution would be at liberty to seek cancellation of the bail. The copy of the order along with the certificate of marriage be handed over to the learned Counsel for the State to

// 2 // enable him to send the same to the concerned IIC for further onward action, if any, at his end.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
