This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A. has been filed to pass appropriate Order in addition to Order dated 13.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.8099 of 2018 directing the Registrar Co-operative Society to complete the proceeding within a stipulated period, preferably within a period of three months from the date of approaching to the said court. 3.

Since matter has been disposed of on 13.09.2022 with liberty as prayed for, the I.A. is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.

However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Registrar Co-operative Society by filing appropriate application showing urgency for expeditious hearing of the matter, if he is so advised.
