Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2020. the learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to expedite the trial and to conclude the same within a period

of six months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer in the event, the trial is not concluded and delay is not attributable to him.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
