Considering the nature of prayer made, the Writ Petition is dispose of on a direction to Opp. party No.3 to dispose of the proceeding initiated vide Proceeding No.1112 dated 9.4.2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.

It is also observed that the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry and no adjournment should be allowed. 5.
