The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit this writ application, issue Rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the service of the petitioner as "Homeopathic Medical Officer" under the opposite parties shall no t be regularized w.e.f. 04.02.2004 instead of 25.12.2008. (ii) And as to why the Govt. Resolution dated 10.09.2012 (Annexure-6) so far as fixing the date 25.12.2008 for regularization of service of the petitioner as "Homeopathic Medical Officer" SL. No.98 shall not be quashed and the date of regularization of petitioner shall not be re casted as 04.02.2004".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 06.12.2021 at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition, before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare Department, Lok Seva Bhawan,

// 2 // Bhubaneswar, Khurda, (opposite party No.1) but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
