3. 1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No 2.Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The defaulting borrower is before this Court challenging the possession notice dated 6th March, 2020 as well as the seizure notice dated 11th December, 2019 issued by the Authorised Officer, State Bank of India, Butupalli ADB, Boudh/Opposite Party No.2 in respect of a loan availed for purchase of a tractor.
4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties states that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of an amicable settlement arrived at.
