Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, several undertakings were given by the authority regarding repayment of loan taken by employees of the department. On query from Court he submits, the several opposite parties joined are the authorities, who have issued undertakings in respect of and the borrowers. 2.

Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of School and Mass Education Department and submits, in W.P.(C) no.10177 of 2022 counter has been filed taking objection to joinder of parties and causes of action.

Mr. Mohanty submits, his client be given leave to withdraw the writ petitions and separately file afresh.
