1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner prays for approval of his service as Hindi Teacher of Basudeb Girl's High School with effect from 21.12.1979 and to open the Service Book with all the consequential benefits.

4. In the meantime, the petitioner must have been retired as at the time of filing the present Writ Petition he was 45 years old in the year 1997 and now he has already reached the age of retirement. Hence, the cause of action seems to be not surviving.

5. Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach afresh, if any cause of action survives.

5. In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
