1. This application has been filed for modification of cause title of the judgment passed by this Court on 27th September, 2022.

2. For the reasons stated therein, the application for modification is allowed. The name of the Opposite Party reflected in the cause title of the said judgment be read as "Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, Sambalpur".

3. In view of this order, the Judgment dated 27th September, 2022 passed in ARBP No.24 of 2022 (already uploaded) be removed from the website and re-uploaded today with the corrected aforementioned cause title.
