Heard Mr. A. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.
According to Mr. Das, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jajpur (opposite party No.2) in disposing of the Crl. Misc. Case No.16 of 2021 filed under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. though the opposite parties therein have already filed their written objections. In such backgrounds, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to dispose of the above noted case within a specific time period.

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jajpur (opposite party No.2) to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the
// 2 // date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment.
