The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.5Tahasildar, Soro to settle Plot No. 111 under Khata No.357 situated in mouza Kurunia under Soro Tahasil in the district of Balasore in her name, which is recorded in Government Khata. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition submitting that the Petitioner will move the authority for redressal of her grievances.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
