Heard Mr. G.P.Dutta, learned counsel for the Appellant-Company and Mr. B.P. Das, learned counsel for the Respondents.

This Interim Application has been filed with a prayer to direct the Company to deposit the awarded amount in terms of the order passed by this Court on 31.03.2022. 4.
Mr.
Dutta, learned counsel for the Company submitted that pursuant to the said order passed by this Court, the Company has already deposited a sum of Rs.29,71,408/- by Demand Draft dated 6.9.2022. But Mr. Das, learned counsel for the claimant submitted that the amount to be deposited pursuant to the said order of this Court will be at Rs.34,94,981/-.

Considering the nature of dispute, this Court while disposing the I.A. directs the learned Tribunal to make a
// 2 // proper calculation by giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties and if it is ultimately found that some further amount is required to be deposited by the Company, necessary order be passed to that effect within a period of one month from the date of appearance of both the parties. Both the parties are also directed to appear before the learned Tribunal on 14th of October, 2022.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
