Heard Mr. Manas Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his breakage period of services from 31.03.2001 to 31.07.2003.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration the order dated 08.01.2018 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.98 of 2016, which has been implemented by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide Office order no.6S-692018-IV.3164 dated 01.02.2022 under Annexure-3 in compliance of the order dated 15.04.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13495 of 2021 within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the order dated 08.01.2018 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.98 of 2016, which has been implemented by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, vide Office Order No.6S-69-2018-IV.3164 dated 01.02.2022 under Annexure-3 in compliance of the order dated 15.04.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13495 of 2021, within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
