This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard Mr.P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.C. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following relief:

"It is prayed, therefore that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

i) Direct the Opp. Parties to consider the promotion of the petitioner to the post of Orissa Revenue Services (ORS, Group-B) for the recruitment year 2013 by convening review Selection Committee meeting pursuant to direction at Annexure-3 of Learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar passed in O.A. No.722/2016 and if found suitable, she shall be promoted to ORS for the recruitment year 2013 w.e.f. the date of promotion of others for the same year along with all consequential service benefits;

ii) And this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to further direct the O.Ps. to communicate the final order on

// 2 // implementation of order of Learned O.A.T., Bhubaneswar at Annexure-3 to the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time;

iii) Pass such other orders/directions as deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case to give complete relief to the petitioner;

And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that highlighting her grievance, the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2, on which, no decision has been taken as yet. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to direct the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 to dispose of the said representation expeditiously. 5.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the Authorities to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 03.12.2018 (Annexure6) within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 are also directed to consider the representation in accordance with law taking into consideration the order of the Tribunal dated 05.05.2018, passed in O.A. No.722 of 2016 (Annexure-3) and shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
