This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R.(GN) Case No. 172 of 2022, arising out of Jodapadar P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Nayadhikari (Gram Nayalaya), Brahmagiri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/294/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and keeping in view the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273,
this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
