This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 180 of 2022, arising out of Basudevpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/323/294/506/307/379/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the recitals in the Case Diary, in which injuries are stated to be simple in nature and the allegation and the counter allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering
within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail.

The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper including that the petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every 10 days till the conclusion of the investigation. Any breach relating to the direction qua appearance shall entail cancellation of bail without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
