This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner involves the following prayer:
"It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to pass following relief(s):-:
(i) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit & allow this writ petition;
(ii) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to revise the pay of the petitioner as per ORSP rules by further sanctioning & disbursing the arrear consequential service & financial benefits including leave the salary as due& admissible in his favour within a time bound period for the interest of justice.
(iii) The Hon'ble court be pleased to pass any other order(s)/direction9s) as deems fit & proper for the bonafide interest of justice.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that petitioner ventilating his grievance has filed a representation before the Principal Secretary to Govt., Housing & Urban Development Department, Odisha,
// 2 // Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.2, dated 04.10.2021, which according to the petitioner is still pending consideration before the said Authority. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to direct the O.P. No.2 dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously. 5.
Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.10.2021 (Annexure-5 series) strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
