This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are stated to be the members of the family of the in-laws of the informant.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 742 of 2020, arising out Nischintakoili P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-498(A)/313/323/325/354/509/506/377/379/34 of the I.P.C and read with Section-4 of the D.P. Act.

Taking into account that Charge-sheet has already been filed and the petitioners are in-laws, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
