The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Rayagada to carry out the order dated 24th September, 2019 passed by learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote in M.C. No. 38 of 2017 to attach the salary of Opposite Party No.3, namely, Rasmi Ranjan Pradhan, for recovery of the amount of Rs.1,18, 333/-.

Mr. Achari, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter may be converted to CRLMP.
