This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.373 of 2022, arising out of Baripada Sadar P.S. Case No.041 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SDJM Baripada for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468 of the IPC.

Taking into account the age of the petitioner and the allegations being primarily based on documentary evidence, this Court directs that that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the

learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

6.

It is needless to state that the petitioner shall cooperate to the investigation.

7.

It shall open to the Investigating Agency to seek cancellation of the bail in the event the petitioner does not cooperate.

8.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
