This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Mr. Bhabani Prasad Pradhan learned counsel and his associates have entered appearance for the informant. Vakalatnama is kept on record.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Special Case No.11 of 2022, arising out of Manamunda P.S. Case No.49 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Boudh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 143/147/148/294/323/324/325/506/307/427/435/149 of the IPC.

On perusal of the Case Diary it is seen that the petitioner No.2 has criminal proclivity. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the injured have suffered gun shot injuries. Taking into account such submissions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
