Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.740 of 2022, arising out of Satyabadi P.S. Case No.96 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Puri for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 294/ 506/ 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that during investigation the petitioners have responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. as such the present ABLAPL is not maintainable. The same is disposed of accordingly as there is no apprehension of arrest.
