ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2 . Heard.
3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 13.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26993 of 2021 by the incumbent Contemnors.
4. In such view of the matter, the incumbent Contemnors are directed to comply the order dated 13.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26993 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. The
// 2 // Petitioner shall file a copy of this order along with a selfaddressed envelope with sufficient postage stamp before the incumbent Contemnors within a period of fifteen days hence.
5. Needless to say that if the incumbent Contemnors fail to do as directed above, they shall be personally present in Court and the Petitioner is granted liberty to make an application before this Court for restoration of the present contempt petition.
6. Accordingly, this CONTC is disposed of being dropped.
