This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.966 of 2022 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.173 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498A/323/506/294/34 of IPC.

So far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the ABLAPL application. The same is accordingly disposed of.

Taking into account the age of the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 and they are the in-laws, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
