This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 20th June, 2013 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Phulbani in G.R. Case No.190 of 2012. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court seeking discharge him from the charge at the appropriate stage.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

Interim order dated 9th May, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.1426 of 2014 stands vacated.
