This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.277 of 2022 arising out of Pipili P.S. Case No.178 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Pipili for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/ 341/ 342/ 323/ 325/ 120-B/ 406/ 506 and 34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused by the learned Court in seisin over the matter by order dated 18.04.2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the
learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
