This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.499 of 2022 arising out of Bhawanipatna P.S. Case No.177 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Bhawanipatna for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/294/341/323/307/120-B/506 and 34 of the IPC. 4.
Taking note of the fact that the petitioners are the in-laws and considering the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
