Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that after registration of the F.I.R., investigation was conducted by the Investigating Officer and after completion of investigation, final form has been submitted stating therein that due to insufficient evidence, no case is made against the accused persons.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the insufficient evidence in the present case. Hence, the bail application stands dismissed as not maintainable.
