1. The impugned order is for a witness to be recalled by exercise of Order No.

power under Section 311 Cr.P.C.

2. Since it will be open to the Petitioner to put appropriate question in cross-examination of the witness when he is re-examined, the Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. Moreover, there is no stay of the impugned order till date.

3. For all of the aforementioned reasons, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is accordingly dismissed. A copy of this order be communicated to the trial Court forthwith.
